The Bespoke A-Level Guarantee
We are confident enough in the Bespoke A-Level programme to back it with something straightforward: if your child doesn't improve by at least one grade boundary at their next A-Level sitting, every session fee is returned in full.
The guarantee is agreed in writing before any sessions begin. Ed is happy to talk through how it works at the initial call.
Ed assesses your child objectively. The starting grade is agreed and recorded in writing before tuition begins — this is the baseline the guarantee is measured against.
Ed designs the programme and the improvement target is confirmed in writing before sessions begin. No ambiguity, no surprises.
If the agreed improvement isn't achieved at the next sitting, every session fee is returned in full. Ed will discuss the full details personally at your initial call.
Before You Enquire
No — the full refund guarantee applies exclusively to students enrolled in the Bespoke A-Level programme for the full academic year. The Standard A-Level plan is excellent tuition but does not carry the refund guarantee.
Before any sessions begin, Ed carries out a free diagnostic assessment to establish your child's starting point. That grade is recorded in writing. If your child sits their A-Level at the end of the year and hasn't improved by at least one grade boundary, every session fee is returned in full.
Yes. Because most sessions are online, A-Level students can schedule tuition during free periods in the school day — making it genuinely convenient without impacting evenings or weekends.
All major UK boards: AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and MEI — for both A-Level Maths and Further Maths. Every programme is tailored to the specific board your child's school uses.
Absolutely. Every enquiry leads to a personal response from Ed himself, followed by a call at a time that suits you. There is no commitment of any kind until you're both satisfied it's the right fit.
Before session one, we send your child a diagnostic to complete in their own time — no pressure, no time limit. It gives us an honest picture of exactly where the gaps are so we can hit the ground running in session one.
